Qualifications:

· Communication skills with levels within the organization orally, and in written form to individuals at all other levels.

· Ability to work well as a team player as well as independently under stressful conditions.

· Excellent critical and logical thinking, reasoning capabilities to detect basic principles, reasons or fact

ROLE OBJECTIVES: * Synchronize with department peers for effective dispatch of company resources and configure a good work ethic + strong team oriented attitude

COMMUNICATE with all team members and check that they at their post, and they are coming back to the base promptly.

· To enter, copy and dispatch all orders through the dispatch Software.

· To follow-up shipments continuity from the pickup of goods till delivery in order that up-to-date accurate information is available for every shipment, track on the transportation means.

· Synchronize product delivery schedule with customers, set meeting and scheduling; handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

· Negotiate directly with customers & vendor

· Draft Dispatch paperwork, Custome document and records.

Essential: Proficient in written and verbal English

· Tell carriers what specific freight will be moving, and via what method.

· Answer the calls of the customer in a professional and prompt manner.

· Provide updated load information to customer web portals.

TO DO: Other duties as directed by main reporting manager

Requirements:

1 year of Call Centre/dispatch experience is an asset.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively.

Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple, concurrent projects.

Good command of MS Office (Excel and Word) is essential with an ability to quickly learn new software.

Should be comfortable with night shift.
