Guest Services Representative Full Time

Location: Hybrid (Remote & Office-based)
Working Hours: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM PST, Monday to Friday

About the Job Guest Services Representative 

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a hybrid work model, working both remotely and in the office, as well as available to work during the specified hours (12:00 AM to 8:00 AM PST).

Responsibilities:

Field customer inquiries via phone/email & company chat in a timely manner to provide the most accurate answer back to all inquires.
Keep an up-to-date customer database as well as updating information in the systems.
Lead the team to create a positive change and a culture of support, motivation within the team.
Keep clients satisfied and transport preferences in mind, the company delivers customized travel services or products depending on clients.
Process reservations, changes and cancellation right up to the day of arrival for easy processing & happy customers.
Offer required travel related items to customer for example event programs, maps, itineraries and other relevant info.
Keep improving the organisation through implementing suggestions based on your experiences when you work with our customers.
Make product or services recommendations based on customer Requests/Necessities also need to identify the opportunity to cross-sell/up-sell with some related products.
Answer Calls, Answer few outbound calls ( if you are on the phone track orders and do cold calls to assure customers are satisfied.
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure that communication is flowing smoothly through a consistent service level.
Adjust to the new “norm” hybrid work system by practicing your work balance between home &office in accordance with the company structure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or a similar environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Google G Suite, or other travel CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure, stay organised, and effectively prioritise tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
• Must be able to work from home and the office as part of the hybrid work model, adhering to the designated schedule.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 – Rs65,000.00 per month
