Your Role:
Customer Service Representative Remote
The Sybelle Voice: Let me be your Alpha CX phone/email/chat trusted voice.
Responding to enquiries, problem resolution and providing prompt solutions.
Provide professional customer products and services information.
Customer profiles shall be kept confidential and updated.
Work with internal teams to keep the customer journey running smoothly.
To adhere to the policies of the company to deliver effective & good service quality.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for people like us
Guide in English (speaking and written)
Prior Email Support experience (** Mandatory**).
Degree ( BBA with specialization in marketing or HRM or PGD AC in Marketing, SMSM) Mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self- reliance and Ability to work in a remote Environment.
Familiarity with tech and customer service tools.
A Constant high speed internet and a private room that is quiet complexion.
