Remote Dispatcher for Transportation & Logistics

Job Overview:

A Remote Truck dispatcher Who is Skilled And proactive We are looking for a*remote truck dispatcher*, who has strong communication skills and an urge/achievement oriented.

The ideal candidate should be able to tackle stress, shows great leadership in any given situation; she or he is also a fun to be with coachable with a high degree of serious willingness for learning.

Female preference at a high level

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Supervision: Track and examine the trajectory of truck locations for accurate scheduling of deliveries as well as efficient routes. Remain cool, and properly handle circumstance and solve related problems with dispatch and logistics. Load drivers, schedule and driver courtesy to their loading preferences.
Multi-tasking & coordination : Manage multiple projects at one time, keeping an eye on due date and controlling the operations from back tofront. Inform drivers with simplest & cleanest way on load information, instructions & routing.
Client/ Driver Communications: Primary driver support & contact; routing inquiries and challenges to be resolved through your personal interaction. Keep client informed on status of deliveries, holdups and any new stuff.
Technology & Reporting: Manipulate MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook) proficiently and show willingness to quickly learn the dispatch software. Produce and provide reports for daily operations, delivery schedules, along with any logistical difficulties generated.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in the trucking industry and dispatch operations is a strong asset but not required.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi for effective communication with drivers and stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Outlook) with the ability to learn new software quickly. Must have a work-from-home with a good mic and quiet space to work.
