The Senior Team Lead provides both strategic direction and functional leadership to multiple teams or complex projects

Qualifications:

v  At least bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma (Master’s preferred).

v  5+ years of experience in medical billing leadership roles.

v  Advanced understanding of billing processes, coding, and compliance.

v  Exceptional leadership and analytical skills

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:

V Manage multiple teams and assembly to accomplish organisational goals.

improve productivity with appropriate practice, and process improvements.

± Handle apex level escalations and ensure resolution in a timely manner

• Cross function to mentor Team leads for enhanced leadership ability.
