IT Operation Executive Job Description

The IT Trainee is going to help the staff of Twenty-four Seven Consultancy (24-SC) in staff ongoing support to ensure the full operation of computerized client information systems and other resources. This will include the first-tier support of users, troubleshooting of service outages and requesting advice on IT issues, products and services.

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

Support for desktop services and the monitoring of LAN/WAN networks.
Troubleshoot, identify, settles hardware, software and amenity issues. Keep Service Logs when necessary.
Request IT help from Twenty-four Seven Consultancy staff
Installation, Customization and Management of Operating Systems & Application Software
Troubleshoot the issues with hardware and software, offer assistance as needed ground application and provide end-user program.
Details of work to be done in different areas-

Windows Operating Systems, VPN, Windows Server Active Directory Services Knowledg.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
