There is a waiting list of appointments for temporary work openings at All Through the Australian High Commission Islamabad as they wait to register a general expression on these positions going or to be filled.

At any time when the Australian High Commission needs staff urgently, they may requisition names of people from the register such that it could be used to provide short term employment for appropriate and qualified staff. These are less-than-6-month annual versus a few, most if not all vacancies are full-time.

Temporary vacancies only: You have to apply when temporary vacancies occur and the eligibility is based on availability. All temporary vacancies will commence if and when staff clear background checks. Being considered for the temporary register are only applicants who are legally allowed to work in Pakistan.

Terms of Employment

The advert is for a locally engaged staff role based at the Australian High Commission, Islamabad. It is externed Australian Public Service. The successful candidate will be entered into full-time or part-time employment. The soon-to-be successful candidate will be required to take over immediately. The respective successful applicant will be eligible to the conditions of locally-engaged staff under the applicable employment policy.
