Customer
Daily planning
Many online diaries to manage, make appointments and set up meetings (automate)
Ensure that Executive/s are meeting scheduled meetings on time with full documentation
Cover the primary/proxy in case their EAs are not available to manage other Executives’ and Principals own diaries
Call management
Meet and receive calls from Executive/s
Pass messages to Executive/s on a time constraint basis
Email management
Run when using it–co-ordination the Executives email, make follow up and review the messages
Client relationships
take care of interactions with the people that corresponds to concerns of the Executive and his / her assitants via phone and email
During busy times help out other EAs
Internal Process
Meetings
Meetings (planning in advance & acting on follow up documents, papers needed…)
Local internal and external meetings scheduled, including catering, IT needs etc.
