Key Responsibilities:

Collect and interpret data from internal, as well as external
Be a source of your own collected insights for business decision giving
KPIs of MIS & KPI for all departments monitoring/Reporting.
Maintain IST data accuracy and error-free reporting
Track SLA performance, improve where you can.
Support Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and prepare test cases.
Create relationships with partners to drive better integration and business process.
Provide consistent insights & recommendations to the project team
Find new ways to make the monitoring dashboard better and add more value to stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

3-5+ years working as a Business Analyst
Degree in relevant field.
Knowledge of MS Office and statistical tools.
Preferred- Banking Applications
Analytical skills; detail oriented
Excellent communication skills.
