Sales + Marketing Representative
Job Level: Middle (Non-Manager)
Employment Type: Full-time
Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
* prepare the marketing strategy of the company and see that it is executed from top to bottom throughout the organisation
* Create & Ensure Maintain Long standing and strong client relationships – clients’ single point of contact
Researches continuously on what our main clients want to match their design & communication gut
* Sales: From identifying target professional to penetrating deals that is the right fit with our business drivers and hits sales objectives all the way.
* Develop detailed business plans for core company business as well as continuously improving creative opportunities for new lines of business.
* Meet in the middle with company team and suppliers to ensure feedback and progress updates are available to management on both a weekly, quarterly basis.
* Periodic testing of market conditions, competitor activities and industry changes for any signs of possible business initiatives.
Ensure successful negotiation of long-term contracts, prices and terms with the key clients which can generate an additional amount of EUR in sales and profits.
* Monitor and communicate key account KPIs/Sales Performance/Customer Satisfaction
* Actively seek out sales opportunities, using effective networking methods and turning prospect of into long term profitable relationships.
* Keep up with the industry trends, new technologies and best practices to be able provide useful insights to clients.
Handles new product launch marketing plan and sales forecasts
*builds the budget for marketing across platforms to ensure they are always ON and up-to date
Responds while always perfecting such as best market practices and based on the company marketing strategy that adapts per season.
